My 14th Birthday!

“Get out the presents,

Go buy a cake.

Hang all the streamers,

Blow up balloons.

‘Happy Birthday to you!'”

December 22nd was my fourteenth birthday! I wasn’t able to get this post out until the 23rd because of a busy (yet extremely fun) sleepover party… But better late than never, right?

I have accomplished a fair amount between this birthday and last… Although I didn’t get done what I wanted desperately to do before I turned fourteen: publish my book. Well, I guess I did finish my story during this past year, so that’s a start and is probably the highlight of my year. I guess my publishing goal will still be going into the next year, along with my wish to go to the White Mountain National Forest in NH.
